In December 2013 YSPS national seminar was held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia.

In general the seminar distinguished with its high representation of high-ranking officials, diplomats and local experts. Particularly Mr. Tigran Sargsyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Seyran Ohanyan, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Andrey Sorokin, Head of the OSCE Office in Armenia and other local prominent experts, scholars and academicians.  

In addition to the in-depth information, content material and practical skills, the seminar was a very effective platform for practical transformation, understanding and reflection as well as for meeting the specific goals of providing young mid-career individuals with awareness and knowledge.
